We have been informed by Canada Post that, due to a nationwide strike by the Canadian Postal Union, they have ceased picking up goods at the airport.

As this strike constitutes a force majeure event, we are actively working to manage shipments currently in Hong Kong. Unfortunately, this will result in logistical delays, and we kindly ask for your patience during this time.

For orders already in Canada, we are arranging alternative delivery through commercial couriers. While we are doing our best to minimize delays, some disruptions in logistics may still occur. We appreciate your understanding.

• PO Box Shipping: Deliveries to PO Boxes are temporarily unavailable while Canada Post services are paused. We encourage you to provide a street address for future orders.
